My passion for sports is huge; I don’t know what I would do without them. Sports are a number one hobby to many people including myself. When I was young, I played football and basketball in school, which were my two favorite sports to play; they still are today. These days I’m so busy that I don’t ever get to go out and play these sports, but my passion will always be there and that’s why watching sports is my number one hobby today. I always have time to watch sports on TV which I’m always doing most of my spare time. How would you feel without sports today? I would feel like there would be nothing else to watch on TV anymore, and there would also not be as much competition in the world today. Young people look up to these sports and try to achieve their goals in becoming a great athlete, which is why I love sports so much and what it represents in the world today. My Dad and I are always together watching our favorite teams play sports, which is the main reason why me and him get along so well and how we are always bonding in a more friendly way. Sports are the number one thing that me and my dad will always have in common. How do sports play a role in your life today? To me they mean everything, I don’t know what I would do without them and also what kind of person I would be like today.

A lot of times I have a hard time finding people to watch games with me because I'm a big soccer fan. I can't seem to get that excited about other sports, but seeing my team (Die Mannschaft) lose during the World Cup is enough to send me into tears.
ReplyDeleteI remember watching basketball games with my parents when I was a child, and I played a little bit when I was in middle school. Sports are a really fun way to bond with the people in your family.
I'm a die hard Miami Dolphins fan (an NFL football team) and if they ever lose really big or on important games I also tend to cry which just shows you how passionate I am for them.
ReplyDeleteYes it really does bring the family together in a fun interacting way.

I know how you feel. I am a bit of a sports junkie. I watch a little bit of everything and listen to more sports radio than anything else in my car. Football is my main passion and I cannot wait for the draft to start next week! One of my favorite things each year is watching as all those kids finally achieve their dream. Love it.

Same here I cannot wait for the NFL Draft only 8 more days! New players will be born and will live their real dreams
ReplyDeleteI am a die hard football girl, it's the only time I can drink my Bud Lights and not have some one looking across my head! I do like playing sports and being active but the only sport that I'll endulge in on the television is football. And a few times I'll glance at golf.
ReplyDeleteo.. wow my husband is the same way about his sports, I thought it was just a guy thing but looking at nicole and mahogany's comments I see there are some women sports junkies as well. I mean I do try, but it just goes in one ear and out the other.

I love watching sports. We consider our family as being brainwashed in the sports world. It seems to be the majority of our family outings are watching some kind of sports. When we go on a vacation we try to go see a professional sports game in whatever state we are in vacationing in. Our goal is to eventually see every venue available watch in.

I love watching sports, especially hockey. I know being from the south that isn't such a big thing down here but the feeling I get when I am at a game is unreal. Football is my first love though and I am a die hard Longhorn fan. There is nothing better than football season and I cannot wait for it to start up again.

I Love Football- I cant wait until the season starts, I am a true DALLAS COWBOYS(Girls)FAN . I have never really watch basket unless I visit the game directly. Everyone should be required to watch football

ReplyDeleteIts great to see that you have such a passion for sports and I can't say that I blame you. I used to play sports for teams all the time when I was younger. I played baseball, soccer, vollyball and basketball. I always got plessure from playing, or watchin sports and you have made me realize how much I miss it. I really need to get back into my sport playing days and I thank you for sharing your passion.
